International Relief Center was formed to build schools and medical clinics in impoverished communities in Southeast Asia, particularly in the rural populations along the Cambodian Mekong River.

Led by Khambang Sibounheuang, a Laotian-American who escaped Communist Laos in 1975 with his family, International Relief Center is helping to fulfill his dream to return and help his people in their adopted homeland of Cambodia.

We strive to address poverty through education and proper health care. International Relief Center is building schools, clinics, hospitals, digging wells and canals, and sending medical supplies and equipment - with money going directly to local economies.
